ARB has recently announced the release of both their ARB Summit bull bar and ARB Commercial bull bar to suit the recently updated Isuzu D-MAX MY17 models.

ARB has managed to retain most of the mounting system it developed for the 2012+ model D-MAX with changes made to provide a mounting platform that is both airbag compatible and capable of withstanding winch loads (straight and angled) of up to 10,000lbs.

The top-shelf ARB Summit bar features press form cover straps, a two piece split pan grille with access door for winch clutch operation and a recessed winch control box mount for a sleek, integrated appearance. There’s also twin aerial mounting tabs, urethane buffer pads, driving light mounts and Hi-Lift jack points.

The press formed centre pan features a smooth continuous edge radius that complements modern vehicle design and provides greater strength, while a 4mm pressed aluminium cover panel is recessed into the bar for an integrated appearance, when a winch is not fitted.

Both the Commercial and Summit bull bars are finished in satin black powder coat, with the Summit bar having optional colour coding available.

Summit side protection is also now available for the current model D-MAX single and dual-cabs (extra-cab is under development). Summit side rails and protection steps help protect your D-MAX’s doors, sills and quarter panels from damage. They are manufactured from high strength 60.3mm tubular steel and feature an attachment system that connects the side rail to the bull bar securely, with a nylon cover sleeve that provides an integrated look.

A standalone protection step can be fitted without the side rails.
